Our counter top model is ideal for hotel check-in desks, office lobbies and other reception areas.
Hotels can either situate Instascan on every check in desk, in the lobbies by the entrances or both for total safety.
When checking in, the guest can instantly be checked and if they are showing signs of a fever and audible alarm can sound alerting the desk clerk or security.
For a more discreet solution, use our “Alert Lamp” which can be placed anywhere behind InstaScan™ so the desk clerk can see the result of the scan.
Our Gate model is used to integrate into existing gate passages. Ideal for offices, transportation hubs, arenas and stadiums.
Larger offices can install Instascan on their existing gate entries and whilst an employee is entering it can scan the employee for their temperature. Alerting security if they fail the temperature check or stopping the gate from allowing them entry.
Our Podium model is used for places with multiple entrances and high footfall. Ideal for larger scale foyers, lobbies and entry ways.
Initially guests will need to be instructed to scan on the way in or possibly walk in a line formation using social distancing methods. The podium itself has LED lights built in to allow security to easily see the results.

FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS:
If InstaScan™ is used in front of house operations for scanning customers, it does NOT store their photo or log any information. It simply scans their temperature and shows the result. We feel this is important in an age where privacy is of the upmost concern to members of the public and businesses alike.
FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES:
If InstaScan™ is used for back of house operations (such as checking employees when they clock into work or similar HR operation), then the units can be programmed to store employees faces allowing them to be checked and logged for safety management purposes only. This mode can be turned off if required.
